Lithies Traditional Homes!The Lithies Homes are built on the cliff of the caldera and have commanding views of the majestic landscape of the island and the volcano. Our homes are a cluster of three traditional homes, Zephyr, Iris, and Eros, and a fourth home, Dione, separate for the other three, all built in the local vernacular architecture. They are unique in the sense that they are authentic homes and not a hotel built in subsequent times. Fully renovated with all state of the art bathrooms and kitchens, all four have air conditioning and free high speed internet, and they still preserve their old-architecture charm.
The clustered homes share a generous terrace that links all three and offers sweeping views of the caldera and the volcano. Each home has, right by its entrance, its own little patio space with a table and two chairs where you may also be served your breakfast and, in addition to that, each home has a designated part of the terrace with its own table w/ umbrella and five chairs right next to our blue-tiled swimming pool.

The Lithies homes are perched on the rim of the 1400 foot-high caldera wall and are fully integrated into the terraced cliffs. Out of this surrounding tiered landscape have been crafted three distinct terraces where our guests may enjoy breakfast, sunbathing, or listening to music and sipping a glass of wine while gazing at a spectacular view!Main Patio Area

In addition to that, each home has a designated part of the terrace with its own wooden table with umbrella and four chairs right next to our blue-tiled swimming pool. Guests may be served their breakfast in any one of these two areas.Upper Balcony
Going up a flight of stairs from the main terrace is a curved veranda perched on the edge of a sheer white rock, just adjacent to the Bar Area and Reception Office. The view from here is magnificent! Comfortable chairs under umbrellas offer guests the most unique spot to relax and meditate while enjoying breathtaking sunsets in a peaceful coexistence with the calming sounds of the wind and the ocean.Lower Balcony
Just in front of the main terrace and swimming pool area, a few steps down, lays a separate terrace at the edge of the cliff. There are additional lounge chairs to sunbath and cafe tables with chairs placed along the side of a low stone wall overlooking the caldera to sip a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
